These Rental Terms govern every dumpster rental booked with Amarillo Dumpster Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a delivery by phone, you agree to the terms below.
This site is provided to help you learn about our dumpster rental services and request a quote. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to access any part of the site you’re not authorized to access.
We work to keep pricing, sizing, and service information on this site current, but we make no warranty that every detail is accurate at all times. Always confirm final pricing and availability directly with us before your delivery date.
Prices shown on this site are starting rates by container size. Your final price is confirmed by phone before dispatch, based on your project, container size, and rental period. Payment is due at or before delivery unless other arrangements are made directly with our team.

Call (806) 699-6700The following cannot go in the dumpster under any circumstances: paint and other liquids, motor oil and automotive fluids, propane tanks, tires, batteries, asbestos, and other household hazardous waste. If prohibited materials are found in your container, we may charge an additional disposal fee, and in some cases may be unable to pick up the container until the item is removed.
Standard rental periods are 3, 7, or 14 days from delivery, depending on what you book. Need more time? Call us before your rental period ends — extensions are available and billed at a daily rate we’ll confirm with you directly.
Your quoted price includes a set weight allowance based on container size. Every load is weighed at the City of Amarillo Landfill; loads exceeding the included allowance are billed per ton based on the actual weight ticket, which we include with every invoice.
We use protective boards and take care during delivery and pickup, but we’re not responsible for pre-existing property damage, damage to underground utilities, septic lines, or sprinkler systems that weren’t pointed out to us before delivery, or damage caused by conditions outside our reasonable control. If you notice property damage during delivery or pickup, tell us right away so we can address it directly.
The content, photos, and design on this website belong to Amarillo Dumpster Pro or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that specific rental.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Potter County, Texas.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
